Introduction

My goal is to create a space where you can work on what is most meaningful to you without worrying about judgment or needing to have everything figured out. I want to create a warm and caring atmosphere where you feel genuinely understood. I welcome clients of all ages and have experience treating adolescents (ages 11-19) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered, drawing from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Together, we may explore difficult experiences, identify patterns shaped by past events, and learn coping skills to help regulate your nervous system. Sessions with younger children may include games and creative activities that allow them to express themselves naturally. We will go at a pace that feels right for you. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I am happy you are here. If you are considering setting up sessions for yourself or a child, please feel free to contact me.
