Introduction

My call to become a therapist began in fourth grade, when I facilitated "eye-to-eyes" for my classmates, helping them talk through conflicts and understand one another. That early pull toward holding space for honesty, empathy, and connection has only deepened over time. Today, I work with individuals, couples, families, and children, taking a client-centered, strengths-based approach. I believe no two paths to healing are the same, which is why I tailor our sessions to your specific needs, identities, and goals. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to show up fully and grow. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel truly safe, safe enough to bring all parts of themselves into the room, even the parts they've learned to protect or hide. In our work together, we'll explore the underlying emotions and patterns shaping your struggles while also building practical tools that support real, sustainable change. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, and spiritual or religious beliefs. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or identity exploration, we'll work together to create meaningful change rooted in compassion, understanding, and your unique strengths.
