Introduction

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works from a collaborative, relationship-centered approach grounded in attachment theory. I support teens (12+), adults, parents & caregivers, and families. I help clients understand how their brain, body, & early relational experiences shape the patterns they carry today. I approach each client with the belief they have inherent resilience, and that change is possible when there is safety, understanding, and support. I specialize in trauma, Complex PTSD, ADHD, and the parenting dynamics that influence parent-child relationships & the patterns families carry across generations, & family conflict. My work centers on relational and developmental trauma, attachment wounds, & the ways early experiences shape us. My approach is integrative & trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, & solution-focused therapy with psychoeducation — helping clients understand their brain, body, & nervous system. Taking the first step can feel hard, and you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're a parent unsure how to help your teen, or someone who has understood your patterns for years and is ready for them to finally shift — there's a way forward. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see whether we're a good fit. No pressure, just a conversation.
