Introduction

Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Rooted & Nourished Psychotherapy in Waco, TX. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, anxiety, perfectionism, and maternal mental health. I work with tweens, teens, and adults who are tired of feeling at war with their bodies, their thoughts, or the pressure to have it all together. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and refreshingly real. I'm not the therapist who will just nod and tell you what you want to hear. I'll celebrate your wins, challenge the patterns keeping you stuck, and help you create meaningful change. We'll laugh when we can, sit with the hard stuff when we need to, and work toward a life that feels more like yours. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR, tailored to your needs. I offer in-person therapy in Waco and virtual sessions throughout Texas. Let's connect!
