Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Many of the folks I work with are navigating stress, relationship challenges, addiction or recovery, grief, life transitions, or that general feeling of being stuck and not quite sure why. Sometimes we know exactly what we want to change, and other times we just know something isn’t working anymore. My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I’m an active therapist. I ask questions, offer perspectives, and work alongside you to explore patterns, understand how past experiences show up in the present, and find ways to move forward that feel aligned with who you are. Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who finds meaning in creativity and connection. Music, movement, and practices like yoga have always been grounding for me, and I often encourage clients to explore creative or mind-body ways of regulating stress and reconnecting with themselves. Healing doesn’t always happen just through talking. It can also happen through reflection, creativity, and learning to listen to your body. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, you don’t have to have it all figured out first. Come as you are.
