Introduction

Here's some information about me! I received my undergraduate degree from Spring Hill and continued to get my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama. I always knew that it was my calling to help those going through their hardships. My therapeutic approach begins with unconditional positive regard that includes meeting clients where they are. I have received training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Everyone goes through difficult times and deserves an empathetic, listening ear. I would love to help you along your journey to becoming a better you. I have Friday and Saturday appointments available.
