Life can feel heavy at times, especially when you’re carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or emotions that feel difficult to make sense of on your own. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, grief, or a major life transition, and the thought of starting therapy feels overwhelming or even uncomfortable. My goal is to make this process feel human, personal, and connected rather than overly clinical or robotic. Whether you’re a teen, young adult, or adult, my goal is to create a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to feel more like yourself again. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard, where you can build a trusting connection with your therapist without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I integrate these approaches to help you explore your experiences, understand your emotions and patterns, reconnect with your body, and develop practical skills to navigate challenges with greater self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
