I am Hannah Stewart, a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University, where I also earned a certificate as a Habilitation Intervention Specialist. My work with children and families with developmental disabilities inspired me to specialize in helping families and individuals facing unique challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting autistic teens and young adults in developing social skills, emotional awareness, and strategies for managing sensory sensitivities, empowering them to build meaningful connections and navigate their world with confidence. I also work with clients of all ages to address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, parenting challenges, chronic illness or disability-related stress, self-esteem and identity struggles, and life transitions. I welcome children, teens, adults, seniors, blended families, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples into my practice, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. By tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, I strive to foster resilience, growth, and well-being. I look forward to guiding you toward healing and fulfillment in a way that feels collaborative, comfortable, and empowering. Feel free to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’d be a good fit. While I don’t accept insurance, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you’re unsure about your coverage, checking with your insurance provider about their policies for behavioral health services can be a great first step. Let’s work together to create the support you need!
