Hi, I’m Hannah Wiggers. I work with people who are navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. These challenges can often leave us feeling alone, overwhelmed, or questioning our worth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and understood, while we explore the patterns that are holding you back and discover new ways of moving forward. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from relational psychotherapy and attachment-focused work, and I use EMDR to help process painful or overwhelming experiences that feel “stuck.” I’m also currently expanding my practice with training in somatic therapy, because I believe healing happens not only in our thoughts and emotions, but in our bodies as well. I know reaching out can feel like a big step, but getting started is powerful—I believe in the way this work gives back to you, helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself and the people you care about.
