At Thistle and Weed Integrative Therapy, Hannah (They/Them) works to engage all the pieces of your individual system, and find wholeness within “all the parts”. They are a neurodivergent, parent of an autistic/ADHD kiddo; Critter enthusiast with a menagerie of exotic pets (most of which are rescues); and a member of the LBTQIA+ community. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Hannah has specialized training within Sex Therapy, Autism, Trauma, Religion/Spirituality, Attachment styles, and Somatic Experiencing. Hannah specializes in working with individuals and couples (romantic partnerships of various configurations and sexualities) who experience anxiety and depression, especially around issues of sexuality, intimacy, trauma, and attachment. Hannah frequently works with those exploring the spectrum of their gender identity and sexual orientation, pregnancy/menstruation/medical related trauma, and ethical non-monogamy. Hannah approaches therapy from a humanistic standpoint that looks to holistically incorporate a whole-body experience, Utilizing trauma informed care, attention to context, intersectionality, and social justice measures.
