Introduction

I'm passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges, build confidence, and develop tools to thrive. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjusting to major transitions, I create a supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family-focused techniques. I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals, meeting you where you are and helping you recognize your own resilience. Growth looks different for everyone, and my commitment is to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change at your own pace. I offer telehealth sessions and accept a range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you.
