Hannah is the owner and therapist of Stonefruit Counseling, and a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational approaches, with specialized training in Brainspotting. Hannah has advanced training in Brainspotting and draws on her own experience of receiving this therapy during her perinatal period. Her areas of focus include pregnancy and postpartum, perinatal loss and birth trauma, and supporting parents in the transition to parenthood. Hannah brings connection, authenticity, and lived experience as a mother into every session. She believes healing happens in safe, connected relationships and creates a space where clients can access the strength and support needed to move through their challengers and harness their inner resources. Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum months bring immense change, and it’s common to feel anxious, depressed, disconnected, or simply unlike yourself. Parenthood can remain challenging beyond the first year, and for some, the journey begins with loss, fear, or trauma. She provides a supportive space to process these experiences while exploring how your own upbringing shapes your parenting, and helps you carry forward what serves you while breaking free from generational patterns you no longer want to repeat.
