I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and registered play therapist with 7+ years working with children, adolescents, and providing caregiver/family support. Although my specialty is with younger clients, I welcome and enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, as well as clients experiencing grief and loss, trauma, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. My approach is warm, strengths-based and individualized, meeting each client where they are – whether that’s through play, talk therapy, or caregiver support. As a registered play therapist, I use play to help children communicate, regulate emotions, process, and build skills in a way that makes it feel natural and safe. I also work closely with parents and caregivers to support growth and healing within the whole family system. For teens and adults, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore and process, and make positive changes and growth. I strive to approach with cultural sensitivity and a trauma-informed lens in all my work. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading, spending time with family, friends, and my dog, and cheering on some Minnesota sports teams.
