I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s many challenges. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel truly seen, heard, and understood—especially in moments when they may feel overwhelmed or unsure of where to begin. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with teens navigating resistance and identity, parents searching for support and connection, and children who have been involved in systems of care. I also have experience supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence, trauma, and life transitions. These experiences, along with my own personal journey through adversity, allow me to connect with clients in a real and compassionate way. I understand how hard it can be to ask for help, and I honor the courage it takes to show up. To me, therapy is about walking alongside someone—offering perspective, tools, and steady support—while helping them reconnect with their own strength and inner wisdom. I bring a calm, grounded presence to our work together and believe deeply in the healing power of authentic human connection. Outside of the therapy room, I find peace in nature—gardening, hiking, and kayaking are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I also love spending time with family, traveling, and going to concerts. These moments help me stay centered and present, both in my life and in my work.
