My background is in clinical & health psychology. I have worked in inpatient & outpatient psychiatric & medical settings. I have experience in helping clients with medical conditions, stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, & trauma/abuse, as well as depression & serious mental illness. I am PSYPACT credentialed so can see clients online in many states. The process I use to help you achieve your goals includes cognitive-behavioral approaches and mindfulness practices, combined with a client-centered focus and an existential philosophy. I believe that you are the master of your own life, and my job is to help you find the perspectives, behaviors, and skills that enable you to lead a satisfying life according to your own goals and values.
