Introduction

I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and groups. I work with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Addiction, Substance Abuse,Trauma, Self-Esteem, Bereavement, ADHD, Bipolar, Suicide Ideations and other mental health and addiction issues. I have extensive experience with individuals in and out of therapeutic communities, half-way houses, psychiatric hospitals, group homes and jails/brig. My passion is working with people of diverse background and cultures.My goal is to create a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feeling and concerns and to tell your story. I will assist you in finding positives outcome in difficult situations. I offer a supportive approach to the counseling process using counseling techniques such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Behavior Modification, Mindfulness, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Christian Counseling if requested to help bring about change.
