Introduction

Therapy works best when it feels like a real connection. One that is supportive, honest, and focused on what matters most to you. That’s what I aim to create. My style is flexible: I meet you where you are, and as trust builds, I gently challenge the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back. I often draw from Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), but I always tailor the work to your needs. I work virtually with adults and couples from all walks of life, including: men, individuals in the LGBT community, professionals, and people in high-stress roles. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in business and hospitality, so I understand the pressure of showing up every day while carrying a lot under the surface. If you're functioning well but feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for change, then you’re in the right place. Everyone has a story; not just where you’ve been, but who you’re becoming. In our work together, we’ll clear the noise, uncover what’s getting in your way, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve been longing to know and love.
