Introduction

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Resolute Psychiatry Services. I began my work in mental health after years of caring for individuals with complex psychiatric and substance use disorders across hospital, community, and outpatient settings. Over time, I saw how often people struggled to access thoughtful, consistent psychiatric care—and how powerful it can be when treatment is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in evidence. My clinical focus includes medication management for mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders, including medication-assisted treatment. I work closely with clients to understand their full story, not just their symptoms, and to develop treatment plans that are practical, individualized, and aligned with their goals. I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. My role is to help you gain clarity, stability, and confidence in your treatment while offering clear education and ongoing support so you can make informed decisions about your mental health.
