I want therapy to be a place where clients can better understand themselves, build practical skills for navigating life’s challenges, and feel more confident creating a meaningful and fulfilling life. My path to becoming a social worker and therapist has been deeply shaped by my belief in social and economic justice. I believe everyone deserves access to the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. I recognize that the challenges we face are not always ours alone, and that systems, relationships, and life circumstances have a profound impact on our well-being. My clinical approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each client I work with. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) modalities. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including substance use treatment. I am here to create an environment where clients can show up exactly as they are, without fear of judgment. I offer support from a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance, meeting each client where they are in their journey.
