I am guided by the belief that change happens as we come to understand ourselves in new and deeper ways. To facilitate this process of self-discovery, I provide a nonjudgmental space grounded in trust, compassion, curiosity, and a little bit of humor. Together we’ll explore your history, your present, your relationships, and your experience of self. We’ll look at the places in life where you feel stuck and help you re-connect to your innate forward motion. I have experience working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, self-doubt, guilt, shame, grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, gender dysphoria, and all manner of relationship challenges. I often work with people who are struggling with some aspect of their identity or experience of self. To facilitate deeper, enduring change, I often encourage meeting more than once a week. I am licensed in both New York and Massachusetts and am currently available for telehealth sessions.
