We are all shaped by our relationships—and often healed through them. Many of our deepest wounds occur in connection with others, and finding the right therapist can be an important step toward growth and healing. I take a strengths-based, values-driven approach, helping clients align their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Grounded in a systemic perspective, I consider the many influences that shape your experiences and relationships. In our work together, I strive to create a collaborative, supportive space where you feel safe to explore challenges and empowered to pursue meaningful goals. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, self-esteem, and disordered eating. With a background in eating disorder treatment, I bring evidence-based, non-judgmental approaches to conversations about food and body image, helping clients build healthier, more supportive relationships with themselves and others. I hold a B.S. in Psychology, with minors in Public Health and Chemistry, from Santa Clara University, and a M.S. in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. Employed and supervised by Dr. Todd Adamson.
