Introduction

You may spend too much energy taking care of everyone else, yet feel exhausted and unsure how to say "no" without anxiety and guilt. Maybe you overthink or replay conversations, even constantly worry about how others think about you. Many of the teens and young adult and women I work with come to therapy because they’re tired of repeating these same patterns in your relationships. In our work together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s really going on underneath the surface, and build the tools to help you feel grounded, confident, and more secure in yourself and relationships again. I specialize in working with women in their late teens to 30s who struggle with anxiety, people pleasing, and repeated relationship patterns. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and attachment-focused approach, we will explore where these patterns began, so you can reconnect with yourself, gain self-trust and build healthier boundaries. My style is warm, compassionate, and down to earth. I bring humor into our session while helping you feel more grounded and secure in yourself and your relationships, and more confident in your ability to handle daily challenges. Therapy is a collabrative process, I am here to support you in each step as you learn to trust yourself more after each session.
