Using trauma-informed CBT, DBT, & an attachment-focused lens, we focus on making actual, lasting changes so your relationships can feel safe again. My goal is to help you identify patterns that no longer serve you & help you build self-trust and healthy boundaries. Relationships are exhausting when you're the one doing all the heavy lifting.
