Introduction

It really is exhausting to be the one who is always doing the heavy lifting in your relationships. You might be second-guessing your place, overanalyzing a shift in your friend's texts, or replaying last night’s conversation with your boyfriend, all making life feel draining. Then you find yourself apologizing just to keep the peace, agreeing to things you didn't want to do to begin with, and feeling like your relationships are a source of stress rather than a place of safety. I specialize in helping young women move past all of this to heal anxiety, attachment wounds, and the complicated relationship patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we go deeper than surface-level coping. Using an attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach, we’ll uncover the what is driving your anxiety in your relationships, things like overthinking, people-pleasing, or losing your sense of self. Using CBT, DBT, & ACT, we’ll practice setting boundaries without guilt and build self-trust that is lasting. You don't have to navigate this alone. I want you to feel seen and heard when you step into our sessions, so you can finally experience relationships that feel safe, reciprocal, and calm. I will never push you to be something you aren't ready for yet. Reach out and see if we are a good fit to work together. I look forward to hearing from you!
