Do you ever feel stuck in your head, replaying conversations, doubting yourself, or worrying about your relationships? Anxiety, overthinking, and low self-esteem can leave you feeling disconnected from who you truly are. Many of the teens and young adults I work with (ages 16 to 35) come to therapy because they’re tired of repeating the same cycles and just want to feel secure, confident, and in control of their emotions again. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, and practical coping skills, I help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts, reconnect with their values, and feel more present in their everyday lives. Therapy gives you the space to grow and build lasting tools for change. You deserve a therapist who understands how overwhelming these struggles can feel and meets you with compassion. We’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded and secure in your relationships, and more confident in your ability to handle life’s challenges. If you’re ready to make real, meaningful changes, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
