Introduction

My name is Hayli Evans and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) specializing in trauma and EMDR Therapy. I am trained in trauma-informed yoga and have completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training.  I use a trauma-informed, embodied, and collaborative approach to therapy, integrating the body, mind, and spirit into the healing process. I strive to meet each client where they are, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, without judgment.  I believe that trauma is at the root of our symptoms, and that we all have the innate capacity to heal.  I typically work with adults struggling with issues related to trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, sexual assault, stress management, anxiety, depression, sex, relationships, and communication. I'd love to help you heal your relationships with yourself, your body, and with others so that you can more fully embrace the life you want to live.
