Do you or your child feel overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, or situations that feel hard to manage? For kids and teens, this might look like behavior changes, irritability, school struggles, or difficulty expressing what they’re feeling. The teen years, especially, can bring intense pressure, identity shifts, and relationship challenges that feel confusing or isolating. For adults, it may show up as overthinking, people-pleasing, stress, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. When things start to feel this heavy, it can be hard to know what to do next—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. In sessions with me, I work to create a warm, supportive space where clients of all ages feel safe to be themselves. I have a strong passion for working with teens while also supporting children and adults using an integrative approach that includes play therapy, mindfulness, relational and family-based strategies, and Brainspotting (Phase 1 & 2 trained) to support deeper emotional processing. With children, I use play and creative expression to help them process emotions and build skills in a natural, engaging way. With teens and adults, we focus on understanding patterns, improving communication, and developing practical tools for managing emotions, relationships, and life transitions. I am also working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist, continuing to deepen my specialization in working with children. I’ve helped clients move from feeling overwhelmed and disconnected to feeling more confident, understood, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.
