Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck due to trauma, addiction, or major life transitions? Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from carrying emotional pain alone—often related to immigration stress, court involvement, family challenges, or long-standing trauma. You don’t have to navigate this on your own. I provide a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where healing can begin—in English or Spanish. I am a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor with over 14 years of experience also serving the Latino community in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented. We work at your pace, focusing on practical tools while also addressing the deeper emotional roots of distress. I believe healing happens when clients feel seen, respected, and empowered.
