My name is Dr. Delondria Catrice Hines, and I serve as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor. Our team also includes Sarah Ford, LCMHCA; Oluyemi Stephens, LCMHCA; and counseling interns Monica Johnson and Madison Carr. Our practice is committed to raising awareness about mental health and promoting its importance across all stages of life. Mental health influences how individuals think, feel, and behave. It also plays a vital role in how people manage stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Because mental health impacts individuals from childhood and adolescence through adulthood, it is essential that we continue to foster open dialogue and understanding. By encouraging conversations about mental health, we can help reduce stigma and create a more supportive and informed community. Initiating these conversations is often the first step toward healing and growth. Our clinicians utilize an eclectic approach to counseling, recognizing that no single therapeutic method is effective for every individual. We believe that treatment should be personalized and collaborative, allowing the therapist and client to work together in identifying goals and selecting interventions that best meet the client’s unique needs. Our team is trained to provide individual, couples, and family therapy, offering comprehensive support to individuals and families seeking meaningful change and improved well-being.
