I am currently accepting new clients and aim to support patients dealing with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Women’s Health Issues. I know that finding prompt, specialized care for patients can be difficult, and I currently have immediate openings for appointments. My clinical approach focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy and Holistic Approaches. I have experience working with both Children and Adults. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
