Introduction

HeartSoulMind Therapy is dedicated to serving the community by providing evidence-based psychotherapy to address emotional, behavioral, social, and functional concerns. Services are designed to support healing, resilience, and overall well-being across the lifespan. Specializing in pediatric therapy with a focus on trauma-informed and neurosomatic approaches, services support the whole child and family—mind and body. This work integrates evidence-based practices, including CBT, IFS, TF-CBT, and DBT, with body-based interventions to help children process trauma, regulate their nervous system, and build resilience. I partner closely with families to create a safe, supportive environment where children can better understand their internal experiences, develop coping skills, and move toward healing and growth. In addition to specialized pediatric services, HeartSoulMind Therapy also works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, depression, and relational challenges. Treatment is tailored to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful, sustainable change. Across all age groups, therapy is grounded in a compassionate, individualized approach that meets each client where they are and supports movement toward greater balance, connection, and well-being. HeartSoulMind — Integrating holistic wellness for healing and lasting change.
