Introduction

With over 18 years of experience, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor practicing in New Jersey. As a compassionate therapist with an innate passion for helping others, I foster a genuine, empathetic environment that encourages self- exploration and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and guided by a client centered, strengths-based perspective. I have extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, interpersonal conflict, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions and mood disorders. I believe in meeting clients where they are while honoring their unique experiences. My down-to-earth style ensures clients feel truly seen, heard and supported as they explore their most vulnerable selves. I cultivate a warm environment characterized by trust, authenticity and acceptance creating a secure foundation for healing and empowerment. Life can be unpredictable and challenging at times, and none of us are meant to go through it alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on this journey and truly look forward to meeting you.
