Introduction

Welcome to Rago and Associates. I started working for Maria Rago in 2008 when I joined the practice. I specialize in Eating Disorders and self-injury. I have my masters in Art Therapy. I have a unique approach as integrate art into what would normally just be talk therapy to help facilitate the process with my clients. When a client does not know what to say tor feels very stuck the art has a very special job of talking for them. My approach is to meet people where there are at and slowly work forwards change. Harm reduction is used often if helping a client regain healthier habits. I look forward to meeting you and answering any question you might have regarding my expertise.. Warmly Heather
