Introduction

After receiving both a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in psychology, I became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about working with people to overcome blocks and thrive. I call on many different modalities in my work including Depth Psychology, Psychodynamics, Archetypal Psychology, and Mindfulness Practices. I bring my extensive study of Eastern and Western psychology and my past work experience as a business leader together in holistic, mind/body/spirit healing. If you find yourself feeling stuck, or unsure of your direction, I would be honored to accompany you on your healing journey. I offer a sacred space of non-judgment and trust, which serves as a safe and secure foundation for our exploration. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I ran a Mindfulness Meditation Center in Los Angeles. I have lived and worked in the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.
