Introduction

I believe therapy should be a place where you can bring your whole self—your struggles, relationships, identities, questions, and hopes—and feel genuinely seen rather than judged. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth space where children, adults, and couples can better understand themselves, heal painful patterns, and create meaningful change. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 30 years working with children and families in early childhood education. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how our earliest relationships shape the ways we experience ourselves, connect with others, and move through the world. Today, I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting, self-esteem, neurodivergence, spirituality, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma informed, attachment based, and person centered, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, experiential practices, and transpersonal psychology. I welcome clients of diverse identities, relationships, spiritual paths, and family structures, including LGBTQ+ and kink or consensually nonmonogamous clients. Together, we will explore what lies beneath the surface, build practical tools for the present, and honor the strengths and wisdom you already carry.
