I’m Heather Brown, LMFT and founder of WanderWell Therapy. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults in Maple Grove, Plymouth, and the West Metro who are navigating medical trauma, cancer, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, and relationship stress. Sessions are offered through Walk & Talk Therapy in local parks and through telehealth across Minnesota. You may be looking for therapy because life no longer feels like it did before. A diagnosis, medical experience, loss, relationship rupture, or major life change may have left you anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or unsure how to move forward. You may be tired of pretending you are okay when inside you feel stuck, scared, or exhausted. My work is grounded in training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, additional trauma-focused learning, and experience supporting people through life-changing events. Together, we will slow things down, make sense of what you have been carrying, and find practical ways to help your nervous system feel safer. Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, less alone, more connected to yourself, and more able to move through life with clarity and confidence.
