I have a Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Trauma Counseling and a certification in Violence Against Women and Children from Rutgers University. I also am a certified School Social Worker and NJ State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in working with clients to overcome anxiety, build self-confidence, heal through loss, and navigate relationship issues such as boundaries and family estrangement. I also specialize in working with college students who need support with goal setting, relationship skills, career planning, managing stress, and navigating emerging adulthood. In sessions, you can expect a holistic approach toward therapy and wellness, addressing mind, body, and spirit. I work with faith-based clients to integrate faith with psychology from a Christian perspective, but also offer traditional therapy for clients who prefer that approach. When working with me, clients can expect a warm, compassionate, and safe space to share their story without judgement. They can also expect a little humor, helpful feedback, and unwavering support as they work toward cultivating a more fulfilled life in alignment with their values, goals, and authentic self.
