Introduction

Struggling with anxiety, depression, self-criticism, or the lasting effects of trauma? Many come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or weighed down by painful thoughts, feelings, and memories that impact daily life and relationships. Others come to therapy because they recognize that past experiences continue to shape their reactions, relationships, confidence, and sense of peace, even while appearing to function well outwardly. By being curious, compassionate, and non-pathological, you will gain calm, confidence, courage, creativity, connection, clarity, presence, and perspective. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, & the inner struggles that develop from difficult life experiences. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I'll help you understand & heal your protective “parts” (eg: self-criticism, overwhelm, people-pleasing, anger, or emotional shutdown) with compassion, leading to greater clarity, confidence, and calm. Carrying anxiety, shame, overwhelm, or unresolved pain alone can feel exhausting. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone. When you are ready to move toward greater self-compassion, confidence, courage, connection, and overall healing, and hope, I invite you to reach out to begin your journey forward with me, an IFS Informed therapist.
