Introduction

My biggest passion is to support folks working on family of origin issues and difficult childhood experiences. I particularly love working with adults currently parenting children while attempting to navigate intergenerational trauma. I've worked with many different parents and hold an inclusive view of what it means to be a parent. I specialize in what I think of as "relational magick" - supporting clients in attaching to themselves with compassion, releasing intergenerational patterns, and becoming more present with their children and themselves. I also provide training and consultation for play therapists at all levels. I am an LCSW with 16 years of experience, a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, and a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist Supervisor. I use Sand Therapy and Play Therapy for clients across the lifespan. I am also a clinical supervisor and worked for many years with children and families in community MH where part of my heart will always reside. I am a “lived experience cycle breaker” and hold this to be sacred work. My priority in sharing this is to make authentic connection with clients who desire resonance with their therapist, and to live by my own value of congruent relationship. I can hold all-that-you-are, and see you in the midst of intergenerational pain. We can be with it - together.
