I currently have immediate daytime openings for individuals. I work collaboratively with individuals to process trauma and rebuild meaningful, healthy relationships. My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and honest, with an emphasis on creating a space where you feel safe, seen, & respected. Therapy can look different from session to session. At times, we’ll focus on developing practical emotional and cognitive tools to reduce distress and increase stability. At other times, our work may be more reflective: exploring generational patterns, core beliefs, and systemic influences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. My approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help heal the emotional wounds left by trauma that can contribute to feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, or shut down. I also support the integration of psychedelic or spiritual experiences. Additionally, I incorporate skill-based practices from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in moving toward a life of meaning, even in the presence of pain or discomfort.
