My role as a counselor is to walk alongside you, offering support as you work toward your goals and create the changes you want in your life. Together, we can explore new ways of thinking and responding to challenges so you or your child can feel more confident and capable in managing difficult emotions. I have experience working with clients of all ages in both school and community mental health settings. My approach to therapy is integrative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, and Play Therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. I have particular experience supporting individuals coping with anxiety and the effects of trauma.
