Many of the people I work with are used to being the one others rely on. They are thoughtful, high-achieving adults and couples balancing demanding careers, caregiving responsibilities, relationships, and the expectations that come with being dependable. From the outside, life may look successful and well managed. On the inside, they often feel burned out, mentally and emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, and they recognize that the life they're living is unsustainable. My practice is dedicated to helping people make sense of those experiences. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, I work collaboratively with clients to understand the deeper patterns that contribute to burnout, relationship strain, and feeling stuck. Together, we identify practical ways to create meaningful, lasting change that feels consistent with who they are and the life they want to build. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. I combine thoughtful curiosity with practical strategies to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and intention. Whether you're seeking individual or couples therapy, my goal is to provide a supportive space where lasting change is both possible and sustainable.
