Introduction

My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to be heard, understood, and supported. Clients have within them the ability to find relief and make sense of their thoughts, ideas, and emotions. I believe in the strength and resilience of the human mind and spirit and feel it is an honor to hear and be a small part of the client's journey of healing. Give me a call or email to get scheduled. I have experience working with adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, intellectual disabilities, and maladaptive behaviors. I have spent time working in domestic violence shelters and agencies who support of the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy working with kids and their parents. I believe in an integrative theoretical approach to therapy with my priority being a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. Every client is unique, and together we will explore treatment options. No two clients are alike, and I offer the flexibility of working with my clients to find the best approach to therapy for their situation.
