Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults and couples seeking support with anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I began my work in mental health with a strong interest in understanding how emotional patterns, relationships, and life experiences shape the way people cope and connect. Over time, my clinical work has reinforced the importance of creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in practical support. I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward, as well as couples who are experiencing communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, or recurring conflict. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and develop healthier ways of navigating relationships and stress. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented while still allowing space for reflection and insight. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and to build tools that support meaningful, lasting change. Many clients find that therapy helps them feel more grounded, confident, and capable of making decisions that align with their values and well-being. My goal is to provide thoughtful, supportive care that helps clients gain clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward more fulfilling relationships and lives.
