If you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, a major life transition, or historical trauma you're not alone. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, people in alternative relationship structures, and others who have felt marginalized, misunderstood, or boxed in by traditional expectations. With experience since 2015 and a master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara, I bring both clinical training and lived experience as a lifelong member of the LGBTQ+ community. My style is warm, collaborative, and affirming. Together, we'll explore how your experiences, relationships, identities, and culture have shaped the way you cope, connect, and see yourself. We'll also work to loosen patterns like perfectionism, people-pleasing, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking so you can build more self-trust and flexibility. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other in a welcoming, nonjudgmental space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you've already tried, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. If this sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I invite you to reach out and schedule a first session.
