Hi, I’m Heather. I’m a psychotherapist working with kids (7+), teens, young adults, and their parents when things feel overwhelming, stuck, or hard to understand. I’ve been working with children, teens, and families since 1999. I support people navigating anxiety, big emotions, shutdown or overwhelm, family stress, and neurodivergence, including differences in attention, sensory experience, and emotional regulation. In our work, we slow things down and pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface so patterns start to make sense in context. From there, we build more connection, steadiness, and ease over time. With younger clients, I use creative and experiential approaches. With teens and young adults, we often focus on identity, relationships, and navigating life with more self-trust. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, since change often happens within the family system. My aim is to offer a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where what feels hard can be met with care and clarity.
