I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen and heard. As a counselor, I work from a person-centered foundation, tailoring my approach to meet you where you are—whether that's through talk therapy, art-based exploration, or a blend of both. You do not need to be 'good at art' to benefit—we use creativity simply as a tool for expression and release. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples across the lifespan, from teenagers through older adults, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, and life transitions. I'm especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients, perinatal mental health, and issues rooted in systemic oppression and cultural identity. My approaches are eclectic and include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused approaches—all grounded in cultural sensitivity and feminist principles. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept a wide range of insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients. Together, we will build a safe, affirming collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are.
