Introduction

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, parenting challenges (especially as a parent of twins or more), relationship issues, substance use, and major life transitions. We’ll work together to recognize what is getting in the way, reframe unhelpful thoughts and patterns, and empower you to move forward to achieve your goals, tailored to your specific needs. I have long believed we are not all square pegs that must fit into the round hole society expects us to, and what works for one person (or group of people) may not work for others. My practice is grounded in a client-centered approach—you are the expert in your own life. As such, my goal is to create a safe space and meet you where you are in your journey of life. My own life’s journey has taken me to different parts of the world, shaping a culturally sensitive, holistic perspective that integrates mind, body, and spirit. I welcome you to a judgment-free space. My passions include military families, parents facing an empty nest (which I prefer to call “renovation and discovery”), and advocating for families in the special education community and for parents of children with eating disorders navigating the public school system. I live in the Hillsboro area with my three children, three dogs, one cat, and a bearded dragon (and a partridge in a pear tree…). When I’m not working, I can often be found studying, reading, or exploring the outdoors with my kids and my camera. If you’re looking for a space where you feel acknowledged, affirmed, and empowered, let’s talk!
