Healing and Growth My journey as a therapist began in the intensive world of sub-acute detox and residential recovery, where I witnessed the profound resilience of the human spirit. While my clinical foundation was built in high-acuity settings, my practice has expanded to support individuals across the full spectrum of mental health. Whether you are navigating your own recovery, managing the ripples of a loved one's struggle, or facing the weight of anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences, I am here to walk beside you. Three years ago, I transitioned into private practice to provide more personalized, long-term care. I believe that you already possess innate strength; my role is to help you rediscover it. In our sessions, your worldview is the compass. I am committed to providing an inclusive, validating space for clients of all races, religions, gender identities, and backgrounds. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but together, we will find a realistic path toward the life you want to lead. Restoring Connection: Individual, Couples, & Family Work A significant focus of my practice is working with individuals and couples to repair and strengthen their most vital connections—both with themselves and with others. I specialize in helping clients navigate the impact of mental health challenges, marital conflict, and major life transitions. By addressing the 'whole person' and the systems they live in, we work together to break old patterns, improve communication, and build a foundation of mutual support and understanding. Empowering the Next Generation of Clinicians Beyond my work with clients, I am deeply passionate about the growth of our professional community. As a qualified clinical supervisor in the State of Michigan, I provide dedicated individual and group supervision for Limited Licensed Professional Counselors (LLPCs). My goal is to provide a supportive, high-integrity environment where emerging clinicians can hone their skills, navigate complex ethical landscapes, and develop their own unique therapeutic voices.
