Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers where I supported both children and adults. My work has spanned crisis therapy, including hospital evaluations for suicidal ideation, outpatient therapy, and a brief time as a hospital social worker. For the past five years, I've focused primarily on helping adults navigate life's challenges through private practice. My approach is grounded in my diverse experiences, and I'm passionate about supporting individuals as they work through their difficulties and find paths toward healing and growth. I strive to create an environment that's warm and inviting, and free of any judgement. It is my goal that our time together will allow you to feel heard, understood and supported.
