Introduction

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with intense emotions, navigating trauma, or trying to better understand yourself or your child, you don't have to face it alone. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your authentic self. My role is to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion while we work together toward the life you want to build. I have the privilege of working with children, adults, parents and families navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, neurodivergence, and relationship or family stress. My belief in this work comes not only from professional training, but also from witnessing personally and professionally, the resilience people are capable of when they're met with compassion, understanding, and the right support. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My Approach No two people are alike, so therapy shouldn't be either. I work with children, adults, and parents, drawing from evidence-based approaches to meet each person's unique needs. Some clients come to therapy to build practical coping skills. Others are ready to process painful experiences, strengthen relationships, or better understand themselves. Most find that lasting growth comes from a thoughtful combination of both. My work integrates: *DBT & DBT-C *PEERS® Social Skills Training *Trauma-informed care *Expressive therapies Together, we'll find an approach that fits your goals while honoring your unique strengths, experiences, and values. A Little More About Me Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, hiking, practicing yoga, or getting my hands dirty in the garden. I believe curiosity, creativity, and authentic connection are essential parts of a meaningful life, and I strive to bring that same spirit of warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity into every session. Ready to Take the Next Step? Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist matters. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd be honored to meet you.
