For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals navigating trauma and grief. I work with people who are carrying experiences that still live in their nervous system — the losses that changed them, the events they can’t quite “think” their way out of, and the weight they’ve been holding quietly for a long time. My work is grounded in nervous system awareness. Trauma and loss don’t just live in our thoughts — they live in our physiology and in the different parts of us that learned to protect, perform, shut down, or push through. Together, we gently get curious about those protective parts, honoring how they helped you survive while creating space for healing and integration. Grief and trauma are not problems to fix; they are experiences to metabolize. In our work together, we move at a pace that honors your system while gently expanding your capacity to tolerate, integrate, and move forward. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, understood, and supported without pressure to be anywhere other than where you are. If you’re ready to begin, or even just considering it, I would be honored to support you.
